Jesus Our Shepherd Fellowship Church is a non-denominational, full-gospel, non-sectarian, Pentecostal church registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC no. 188446)

It started as a bible study group headed by Ptr. Vicente C. Cabuenos, Jr. in Novaliches, Caloocan City, Philippines. In obedience to the call of God and the need for legal identity of the group, led to the organization and formalization of the above-named congregation with the first membership of about five families.

As souls were won for Christ, the congregation held its worship services and fellowshipping in the said area that catered to about 25 families. Evangelistic crusades, mission works, youth camps, inner healing and deliverance conferences, inter-church fellowships and ministry to the Body of Christ became the focus the ministry.

March 2009, Jesus Our Shepherd Fellowship held its first Worship Service in Singapore, April 2010 when the church was officially registered with the Registry of Societies, Singapore (UEN: T10SS0111C)
